Amara OnlineStore Warranty Policy

Overview

Amara Online Store’s warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against defects in materials and/or design and/or workmanship after purchase. For specific products or in cases where Amara Online Store is the seller, warranty-covered repairs are performed at authorized service centers. In cases where a product is purchased through another seller, the terms of that seller’s warranty apply.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not apply to any conditions other than defects in materials and/or design or workmanship, and the warranty is limited to repairing the defective product or refunding the product’s value as purchased (whichever is the seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, so always check the product’s listing to see if it includes warranty benefits.

In the case of a refund, the customer must return all accessories for the product. Otherwise, the value of any missing accessory will be deducted from the product’s value.

Warranty Period

In cases where Amara Online Store is the seller, a 12-month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Repair or replacement under warranty terms does not entitle the customer to an extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are determined by the device manufacturer. In the event that the product cannot be repaired but is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will replace it or you will be fully refunded if a replacement is not available.

How to Claim Warranty?

To take advantage of warranty services in the event of a defect in your product during the valid warranty period, please attach photos of the product and send them to the Amara Online Store customer service email address: [email protected]

We will contact you within 24 hours to verify the type of defect and schedule a time to pick up the product. After inspection and approval by Noon, we will send the product to the service center and then return it to you within 21 business days.

The customer must ensure that the product is packaged in the original carton or is properly packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Noon will not be responsible in the event of breakage or damage to the product in this case, and the warranty-rejected product will be returned to the customer without repair.
