Refund and Returns Policy

Most products can be returned within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Products that are received damaged, defective, used, incomplete, or not as described can be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. However, some products have different policies or requirements.

All of the items sold are 100% authentic and will be received exactly as described

Please read the description prior to purchasing the item and ask all questions before purchasing the item. As part of our commitment to customer service, we offer a fair return policy. It is important to note that we do not accept returns on any Used, Tested or Opened Products. All product are new and unused, some boxes might have scratches and box damage, Box only and doesn’t Effect the product itself in anyway. As long as your product is brand new in the package, we will accept returns within 30 days after it has been received by you

Return requests will only be processed in the following cases:

  • The product is not damaged.
  • The product does not differ from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in the same condition it was received in (with original brand/manufacturer packaging, and if possible, any user manual, warranty card, and all accessories).

After the shipping company receives your product, it may take up to two weeks to receive your returned product and process it. It may take up to two weeks for marketplace orders.

After the returned product is processed, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Note:

We will not accept the return of any product that was sent to us incorrectly. This includes products that were not originally purchased from Amara online store. In the event that we receive such products, we cannot return or issue a refund or any other concession in relation to these products. We can only refund products that are properly returned in accordance with our policies. Any product that you send or return to Amara online store cannot be shipped or returned to you in any way.
