Shipping and Delivery Policy

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Customers may not cancel or return orders placed after 48 hours from the time of order fulfillment.
  • If an order is modified for any reason, a new order time will be calculated and the time from the previous order will not be deducted.

Shipping Time

  • Amara Online Store will send an email and call to confirm the order within 12 hours.
  • Products will be delivered as soon as possible by J&T Express within 5-20 business days.
  • Our shipping partner is J&T Express, a leading international express delivery company.

Shipping Options

  • Delivery will be made during business days (Sunday to Thursday). Typically, products are packed and prepared for shipping within 2 business days, depending on payment confirmation, shipping address, and availability of items in the warehouse.

Shipping Charges

  • Amara OnlineStore offer unconditional free shipping all-over Egypt.

  • You will also know the applicable shipping charges when you check the order in the order confirmation email when you purchase online.
  • If you have not received your product(s) within the estimated delivery time specified in the shipping confirmation message, you should contact us via our website, email, or customer service phone number.
  • Delivery is only available within Egypt. Currently, we only deliver to Cairo and Alexandria. You may contact us to verify if our shipping partner can reach your area.
  • No orders will be delivered on public holidays or during weekends.

Email Notifications

  • You will be contacted by the J&T Express delivery agent before leaving for delivery and again when the delivery is near or we will send you updates via email so you can stay informed of the delivery status.

Order Change

  • Once your order is prepared for shipping or is shipped, it may be difficult for us to change the shipping address. If the order is with the shipping company, you can contact them directly to change the shipping address if possible.
  • If you have not received a shipping notification email from J&T Express, please contact us.

Tracking Your Order

  • For J&T Express deliveries, you can track your order status at any time through the online order status.
  • On your account page, you can view the current order status, view the items ordered, see the estimated shipping and delivery dates, and track the delivery.

Delivery Information

  • Products will be delivered to the shipping address you provided in the order. Please make sure to enter the shipping address and contact information correctly. Incorrect shipping instructions may delay delivery of the shipment and we may have to charge you for a second delivery attempt or the shipment may not be delivered.
  • If the shipping address is not on the J&T Express network, the shipping company will contact you to get the most suitable address to deliver the products to.
  • In case the order is delivered to a company address, please note that the shipping company will deliver the order to a mailroom or a delivery point, and will require a signature from the mailroom supervisor. The shipping company does not require a signature specific to the order details.
  • If you provide a home address with a reception or security service, the shipping company will deliver the order to the guard. The guard can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception area or inside the building.

Inquiries considering undelivered or damaged orders

Undelivered orders

  • If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to inform you if your order has been left in a safe place, such as with a neighbor, or if you need to contact the shipping company to arrange a new delivery date.
  • If the estimated delivery date mentioned in the shipping confirmation email has passed and you have not received the package, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping company and try to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Damaged orders

  • If an item is damaged upon receipt, you can refuse to accept it. If you do not discover the damage until after receipt, please contact customer service. If the order is delivered damaged, we will contact the shipping company directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to keep you updated on the progress of our investigation and provide you with a replacement.
