Shipping and Delivery Policy

Cancellation and Refunds

- Customers may not cancel or return orders placed after 48 hours from the time of order fulfillment.

- If an order is modified for any reason, a new order time will be calculated and the time from the previous order will not be deducted.

Shipping Time

- Amara Online Store will send an email and call to confirm the order within 12 hours.

- Products will be delivered as soon as possible by J&T Express within 5-20 business days.

- Our shipping partner is J&T Express, a leading international express delivery company.

Shipping Options

- Delivery will be made during business days (Sunday to Thursday). Typically, products are packed and prepared for shipping within 2 business days, depending on payment confirmation, shipping address, and availability of items in the warehouse.

Shipping Charges

- Amara OnlineStore offer unconditional free shipping all-over Egypt.

- You will also know the applicable shipping charges when you check the order in the order confirmation email when you purchase online.

- If you have not received your product(s) within the estimated delivery time specified in the shipping confirmation message, you should contact us via our website, email, or customer service phone number.

- Delivery is only available within Egypt. Currently, we only deliver to Cairo and Alexandria. You may contact us to verify if our shipping partner can reach your area.

- No orders will be delivered on public holidays or during weekends.

Email Notifications

- You will be contacted by the J&T Express delivery agent before leaving for delivery and again when the delivery is near or we will send you updates via email so you can stay informed of the delivery status.

Order Change

- Once your order is prepared for shipping or is shipped, it may be difficult for us to change the shipping address. If the order is with the shipping company, you can contact them directly to change the shipping address if possible.

- If you have not received a shipping notification email from J&T Express, please contact us.

Tracking Your Order

- For J&T Express deliveries, you can track your order status at any time through the online order status.

- On your account page, you can view the current order status, view the items ordered, see the estimated shipping and delivery dates, and track the delivery.

Delivery Information

- Products will be delivered to the shipping address you provided in the order. Please make sure to enter the shipping address and contact information correctly. Incorrect shipping instructions may delay delivery of the shipment and we may have to charge you for a second delivery attempt or the shipment may not be delivered.

- If the shipping address is not on the J&T Express network, the shipping company will contact you to get the most suitable address to deliver the products to.

- In case the order is delivered to a company address, please note that the shipping company will deliver the order to a mailroom or a delivery point, and will require a signature from the mailroom supervisor. The shipping company does not require a signature specific to the order details.

- If you provide a home address with a reception or security service, the shipping company will deliver the order to the guard. The guard can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception area or inside the building.

Inquiries considering undelivered or damaged orders

Undelivered orders

- If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to inform you if your order has been left in a safe place, such as with a neighbor, or if you need to contact the shipping company to arrange a new delivery date.

- If the estimated delivery date mentioned in the shipping confirmation email has passed and you have not received the package, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping company and try to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Damaged orders

- If an item is damaged upon receipt, you can refuse to accept it. If you do not discover the damage until after receipt, please contact customer service. If the order is delivered damaged, we will contact the shipping company directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to keep you updated on the progress of our investigation and provide you with a replacement.

Amara OnlineStore Warranty Policy

Overview

Amara Online Store’s warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against defects in materials and/or design and/or workmanship after purchase. For specific products or in cases where Amara Online Store is the seller, warranty-covered repairs are performed at authorized service centers. In cases where a product is purchased through another seller, the terms of that seller’s warranty apply.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not apply to any conditions other than defects in materials and/or design or workmanship, and the warranty is limited to repairing the defective product or refunding the product’s value as purchased (whichever is the seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, so always check the product’s listing to see if it includes warranty benefits.

In the case of a refund, the customer must return all accessories for the product. Otherwise, the value of any missing accessory will be deducted from the product’s value.

Warranty Period

In cases where Amara Online Store is the seller, a 12-month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Repair or replacement under warranty terms does not entitle the customer to an extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are determined by the device manufacturer. In the event that the product cannot be repaired but is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will replace it or you will be fully refunded if a replacement is not available.

How to Claim Warranty?

To take advantage of warranty services in the event of a defect in your product during the valid warranty period, please attach photos of the product and send them to the Amara Online Store customer service email address: contact@amaraonlinestore.com

We will contact you within 24 hours to verify the type of defect and schedule a time to pick up the product. After inspection and approval by Noon, we will send the product to the service center and then return it to you within 21 business days.

The customer must ensure that the product is packaged in the original carton or is properly packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Noon will not be responsible in the event of breakage or damage to the product in this case, and the warranty-rejected product will be returned to the customer without repair.
