Shipping and Delivery Policy

Cancellation and Refunds

- Customers may not cancel or return orders placed after 48 hours from the time of order fulfillment.

- If an order is modified for any reason, a new order time will be calculated and the time from the previous order will not be deducted.

Shipping Time

- Amara Online Store will send an email and call to confirm the order within 12 hours.

- Products will be delivered as soon as possible by J&T Express within 5-20 business days.

- Our shipping partner is J&T Express, a leading international express delivery company.

Shipping Options

- Delivery will be made during business days (Sunday to Thursday). Typically, products are packed and prepared for shipping within 2 business days, depending on payment confirmation, shipping address, and availability of items in the warehouse.

Shipping Charges

- Amara OnlineStore offer unconditional free shipping all-over Egypt.

- You will also know the applicable shipping charges when you check the order in the order confirmation email when you purchase online.

- If you have not received your product(s) within the estimated delivery time specified in the shipping confirmation message, you should contact us via our website, email, or customer service phone number.

- Delivery is only available within Egypt. Currently, we only deliver to Cairo and Alexandria. You may contact us to verify if our shipping partner can reach your area.

- No orders will be delivered on public holidays or during weekends.

Email Notifications

- You will be contacted by the J&T Express delivery agent before leaving for delivery and again when the delivery is near or we will send you updates via email so you can stay informed of the delivery status.

Order Change

- Once your order is prepared for shipping or is shipped, it may be difficult for us to change the shipping address. If the order is with the shipping company, you can contact them directly to change the shipping address if possible.

- If you have not received a shipping notification email from J&T Express, please contact us.

Tracking Your Order

- For J&T Express deliveries, you can track your order status at any time through the online order status.

- On your account page, you can view the current order status, view the items ordered, see the estimated shipping and delivery dates, and track the delivery.

Delivery Information

- Products will be delivered to the shipping address you provided in the order. Please make sure to enter the shipping address and contact information correctly. Incorrect shipping instructions may delay delivery of the shipment and we may have to charge you for a second delivery attempt or the shipment may not be delivered.

- If the shipping address is not on the J&T Express network, the shipping company will contact you to get the most suitable address to deliver the products to.

- In case the order is delivered to a company address, please note that the shipping company will deliver the order to a mailroom or a delivery point, and will require a signature from the mailroom supervisor. The shipping company does not require a signature specific to the order details.

- If you provide a home address with a reception or security service, the shipping company will deliver the order to the guard. The guard can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception area or inside the building.

Inquiries considering undelivered or damaged orders

Undelivered orders

- If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to inform you if your order has been left in a safe place, such as with a neighbor, or if you need to contact the shipping company to arrange a new delivery date.

- If the estimated delivery date mentioned in the shipping confirmation email has passed and you have not received the package, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping company and try to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Damaged orders

- If an item is damaged upon receipt, you can refuse to accept it. If you do not discover the damage until after receipt, please contact customer service. If the order is delivered damaged, we will contact the shipping company directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to keep you updated on the progress of our investigation and provide you with a replacement.

We promise at Amara Online Store to provide the best possible electronic product shopping experience. We take all necessary precautions to deliver your order on time by the delivery agent. All you have to do is complete your order and we will deliver it to you.

- Please note that it is not allowed to open products sealed by the manufacturer and return them at the same time. In case of any problem

Amara OnlineStore Warranty Policy

Overview

Amara Online Store’s warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against defects in materials and/or design and/or workmanship after purchase. For specific products or in cases where Amara Online Store is the seller, warranty-covered repairs are performed at authorized service centers. In cases where a product is purchased through another seller, the terms of that seller’s warranty apply.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not apply to any conditions other than defects in materials and/or design or workmanship, and the warranty is limited to repairing the defective product or refunding the product’s value as purchased (whichever is the seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, so always check the product’s listing to see if it includes warranty benefits.

In the case of a refund, the customer must return all accessories for the product. Otherwise, the value of any missing accessory will be deducted from the product’s value.

Warranty Period

In cases where Amara Online Store is the seller, a 12-month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Repair or replacement under warranty terms does not entitle the customer to an extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are determined by the device manufacturer. In the event that the product cannot be repaired but is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will replace it or you will be fully refunded if a replacement is not available.

How to Claim Warranty?

To take advantage of warranty services in the event of a defect in your product during the valid warranty period, please attach photos of the product and send them to the Amara Online Store customer service email address: contact@amaraonlinestore.com

We will contact you within 24 hours to verify the type of defect and schedule a time to pick up the product. After inspection and approval by Noon, we will send the product to the service center and then return it to you within 21 business days.

The customer must ensure that the product is packaged in the original carton or is properly packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Noon will not be responsible in the event of breakage or damage to the product in this case, and the warranty-rejected product will be returned to the customer without repair.

الإلغاء واسترداد الأموال

- لا يجوز للعملاء إلغاء أو إرجاع الطلبات المقدمة بعد 48 ساعة من وقت تنفيذ الطلب.

- إذا تم تعديل الطلب لأي سبب من الأسباب، فسيتم احتساب وقت الطلب الجديد ولن يتم خصم الوقت من الطلب السابق.

وقت الشحن

- سيقوم متجر أمارا أونلاين بإرسال بريد إلكتروني واتصال لتأكيد الطلب خلال 12 ساعة.

- سيتم تسليم المنتجات في أقرب وقت ممكن بواسطة J&T Express في غضون 5-20 يوم عمل.

- شريكنا في الشحن هو شركة J&T Express، وهي شركة رائدة في مجال التوصيل السريع الدولي.

خيارات الشحن

- يتم التوصيل خلال أيام العمل (من الأحد إلى الخميس). عادةً ما يتم تعبئة المنتجات وتجهيزها للشحن خلال يومي عمل، وذلك بناءً على تأكيد الدفع وعنوان الشحن وتوافر المنتجات في المستودع.

رسوم الشحن

- يقدم متجر Amara OnlineStore شحنًا مجانيًا غير مشروط في جميع أنحاء مصر.

- ستعرف أيضًا رسوم الشحن المطبقة عند التحقق من الطلب في رسالة تأكيد الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني عند الشراء عبر الإنترنت.

- إذا لم تستلم منتجك (منتجاتك) في غضون الوقت المقدر للتسليم المحدد في رسالة تأكيد الشحن، يجب عليك الاتصال بنا عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتف خدمة العملاء.

- التوصيل متاح فقط داخل مصر. حالياً، نقوم بالتوصيل إلى القاهرة والإسكندرية فقط. يمكنك الاتصال بنا للتحقق من إمكانية وصول شريكنا للشحن إلى منطقتك.

- لن يتم توصيل أي طلبات في أيام العطلات الرسمية أو خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع.

إشعارات البريد الإلكتروني

- سيتم الاتصال بك من قبل وكيل التوصيل في J&T Express قبل المغادرة للتوصيل ومرة أخرى عندما يقترب موعد التسليم أو سنرسل لك تحديثات عبر البريد الإلكتروني حتى تتمكن من البقاء على اطلاع بحالة التسليم.

تغيير الطلب

- بمجرد تجهيز طلبك للشحن أو شحنه، قد يكون من الصعب علينا تغيير عنوان الشحن. إذا كان الطلب مع شركة الشحن، يمكنك الاتصال بهم مباشرةً لتغيير عنوان الشحن إن أمكن.

- إذا لم تستلم إشعار شحن بالبريد الإلكتروني من J&T Express، يُرجى الاتصال بنا.

تتبُّع طلبك

- بالنسبة لطلبيات J&T Express، يمكنك تتبع حالة طلبك في أي وقت من خلال حالة الطلب عبر الإنترنت.

- في صفحة حسابك، يمكنك عرض حالة الطلب الحالي، وعرض العناصر التي طلبتها، والاطلاع على تواريخ الشحن والتوصيل المقدرة، وتتبع عملية التوصيل.

معلومات التوصيل

- سيتم توصيل المنتجات إلى عنوان الشحن الذي قدمته في الطلب. يرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوان الشحن ومعلومات الاتصال بشكل صحيح. قد تؤدي تعليمات الشحن غير الصحيحة إلى تأخير توصيل الشحنة وقد نضطر إلى تحصيل رسوم منك مقابل محاولة توصيل ثانية أو قد لا يتم توصيل الشحنة.

- إذا كان عنوان الشحن غير موجود على شبكة J&T Express، ستتصل بك شركة الشحن للحصول على العنوان الأنسب لتوصيل المنتجات إليه.

- في حالة توصيل الطلب إلى عنوان الشركة، يُرجى ملاحظة أن شركة الشحن ستقوم بتسليم الطلب إلى غرفة البريد أو نقطة التسليم، وستطلب توقيعًا من مشرف غرفة البريد. لا تطلب شركة الشحن توقيعاً خاصاً بتفاصيل الطلب.

- إذا قدمت عنوان المنزل مع خدمة الاستقبال أو الأمن، ستقوم شركة الشحن بتسليم الطلب إلى الحارس. يمكن للحارس أن يوقع على التسليم طالما كان لديه موقع ثابت في منطقة الاستقبال أو داخل المبنى.

الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالطلبات التي لم يتم تسليمها أو التالفة

الطلبات التي لم يتم تسليمها

- في حالة عدم وجود أحد في العنوان وقت التسليم، سيتم ترك ملاحظة لإبلاغك إذا تم ترك طلبك في مكان آمن، مثلًا مع أحد الجيران، أو إذا كنت بحاجة إلى الاتصال بشركة الشحن لترتيب موعد جديد للتسليم.

- إذا انقضى تاريخ التسليم المقدر المذكور في رسالة تأكيد الشحن بالبريد الإلكتروني ولم تستلم الطرد، يُرجى الاتصال بنا. سنحقق مع شركة الشحن وسنحاول تسليم طلبك في أقرب وقت ممكن.

الطلبات التالفة

- إذا كانت السلعة تالفة عند الاستلام، يمكنك رفض قبولها. إذا لم تكتشف التلف إلا بعد الاستلام، يُرجى الاتصال بخدمة العملاء. إذا تم تسليم الطلبية تالفة، فسنتواصل مع شركة الشحن مباشرةً لحل المشكلة بأسرع وقت ممكن وبأقل قدر ممكن من الإزعاج لك. سنبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبقائك على اطلاع دائم بتقدم التحقيق الذي نجريه وتزويدك ببديل.

تضمن سياسة الضمان الخاصة بمتجر Amara Online Store حماية منتجك من العيوب في المواد و/أو التصميم و/أو التصنيع بعد الشراء. بالنسبة لمنتجات محددة أو في الحالات التي يكون فيها متجر Amara Online Store هو البائع، يتم إجراء الإصلاحات المغطاة بالضمان في مراكز الخدمة المعتمدة. في الحالات التي يتم فيها شراء المنتج من خلال بائع آخر، تنطبق شروط ضمان ذلك البائع.

تغطية الضمان

لا يسري الضمان على أي حالات أخرى غير العيوب في المواد و/أو التصميم أو التصنيع، ويقتصر الضمان على إصلاح المنتج المعيب أو رد قيمة المنتج كما تم شراؤه (أيهما كان ذلك حسب تقدير البائع). ليست كل المنتجات مشمولة بالضمان، لذا تحقق دائماً من قائمة المنتجات لمعرفة ما إذا كانت تشمل مزايا الضمان.

في حالة استرداد الأموال، يجب على العميل إرجاع جميع الملحقات الخاصة بالمنتج. وإلا سيتم خصم قيمة أي ملحق مفقود من قيمة المنتج.

فترة الضمان

في الحالات التي يكون فيها متجر أمارا أونلاين هو البائع، سيتم تقديم ضمان لمدة 12 شهرًا للمنتجات المؤهلة التي تم شراؤها داخل جمهورية مصر العربية. لا يمنح الإصلاح أو الاستبدال بموجب شروط الضمان العميل الحق في تمديد فترة الضمان أو تجديدها. يتم تحديد شروط الضمان من قبل الشركة المصنعة للجهاز. في حالة تعذّر إصلاح المنتج ولكن لا يزال مشمولاً بضمان الشركة المصنّعة، سنقوم باستبداله أو سنعيد لك المبلغ كاملاً إذا لم يتوفر بديل.

كيف تطالب بالضمان؟

للاستفادة من خدمات الضمان في حال وجود عيب في منتجك خلال فترة الضمان السارية، يرجى إرفاق صور للمنتج وإرسالها إلى عنوان البريد الإلكتروني لخدمة عملاء متجر أمارا أونلاين: contact@amaraonlinestore.com

سنتصل بك في غضون 24 ساعة للتحقق من نوع العيب وتحديد موعد لاستلام المنتج. بعد الفحص والموافقة من قبل Noon، سنرسل المنتج إلى مركز الخدمة ثم نعيده إليك في غضون 21 يوم عمل.

يجب على العميل التأكد من تغليف المنتج في العلبة الكرتونية الأصلية أو تغليفه بشكل صحيح لمنع حدوث أي تلف أثناء الشحن. لن تكون نون مسؤولة في حالة حدوث كسر أو تلف للمنتج في هذه الحالة، وسيتم إعادة المنتج المرفوض بالضمان إلى العميل دون إصلاحه.

ضمان أمارا لمدة 1 سنة

سياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع

يمكن إرجاع معظم المنتجات خلال 15 يومًا من استلام الشحنة. المنتجات التي يتم استلامها تالفة، أو معيبة، أو مستعملة، أو غير مكتملة، أو غير مكتملة أو غير موصوفة يمكن إرجاعها خلال 30 يوماً من استلام الشحنة. ومع ذلك، فإن بعض المنتجات لها سياسات أو متطلبات مختلفة.

يُرجى قراءة الوصف قبل شراء السلعة وطرح جميع الأسئلة قبل شراء السلعة. كجزء من التزامنا بخدمة العملاء، نقدم سياسة إرجاع عادلة. من المهم ملاحظة أننا لا نقبل إرجاع أي منتجات مستعملة أو مجربة أو مفتوحة. جميع المنتجات جديدة وغير مستخدمة، قد يكون في بعض الصناديق خدوش وتلف في الصندوق، الصندوق فقط ولا يؤثر على المنتج نفسه بأي شكل من الأشكال. طالما أن منتجك جديد تمامًا في العبوة، سنقبل المرتجعات في غضون 30 يومًا بعد استلامك له

لن تتم معالجة طلبات الإرجاع إلا في الحالات التالية:

المنتج غير تالف.
لا يختلف المنتج عما تم شحنه إليك.
يتم إرجاع المنتج في نفس الحالة التي تم استلامه فيها (مع عبوة العلامة التجارية/الشركة المصنعة الأصلية، وإن أمكن، أي دليل مستخدم وبطاقة ضمان وجميع الملحقات).

بعد استلام شركة الشحن لمنتجك، قد يستغرق الأمر ما يصل إلى أسبوعين لاستلام المنتج المرتجع ومعالجته. قد يستغرق الأمر ما يصل إلى أسبوعين لطلبات السوق.

بعد معالجة المنتج المرتجع، قد يستغرق الأمر من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل حتى يظهر المبلغ المسترد في كشف حساب بطاقتك الائتمانية.

ملاحظة:

لن نقبل إرجاع أي منتج تم إرساله إلينا بشكل غير صحيح. ويشمل ذلك المنتجات التي لم يتم شراؤها في الأصل من متجر أمارا الإلكتروني. في حال تلقينا مثل هذه المنتجات، لا يمكننا إرجاع أو استرداد الأموال أو أي تنازل آخر فيما يتعلق بهذه المنتجات. يمكننا فقط رد المنتجات التي يتم إرجاعها بشكل صحيح وفقًا لسياساتنا. أي منتج تقوم بإرساله أو إرجاعه إلى متجر أمارا عبر الإنترنت لا يمكن شحنه أو إرجاعه إليك بأي شكل من الأشكال.
